A preset session is a blank session that includes pre-defined benefit layouts for specific use cases. You can start a blank preset session from the top of the home screen:
After clicking on Presets you will be taken to all of the preset sessions that are available to you, an example of this:
You can also view and select the preset sessions further down the home screen:
